HB 440 This act authorizes the State Dental Board to
disclose records and information to the Board's Well-being
Committee to assist the Committee in the identification,
intervention, treatment and rehabilitation of impaired licensees.
All information disclosed to the committee is still considered
confidential and closed to the public.
